Executive Session Minutes - SELECT BOARD
Executive Session
10:35 PM Selectboard took roll call vote in regular session and opened executive session. Nina indicated that there had been several concerns raised to her by staff regarding the Classification & Compensation Study. She recalled about 5 individuals speaking with her about either their position, or the position of their staff members, in the case of a department head. Nina explained however that there was one circumstance where she believed an adjustment was warranted and was outside of the Classification & Compensation Study. This was with Terri Longtine’s position, given the history of the duties of the administrative work for the Fire Department, including the back and forth of ownership of this work. She recommended that the Selectboard approve an
adjustment to Terri’s hourly wage to account for the increased responsibilities of her position. After some discussion, the Selectboard approved an hourly adjustment back to January 1, 2018, in a roll call vote, with Jon, Edith, and Richy each saying “aye”.
10:43 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Jon seconded and in roll call vote and returned into open session, with Jon, Edith and Richy each saying “aye.”
